Additionally
The Broker's General Terms and Conditions for Applying Tariffs define the procedure for charging commissions for transactions, account maintenance, and additional services provided by the Broker. The charging procedures and applicable rates are governed by the Brokerage Services Regulations and the Tariff Plan.
The detailed procedure for calculating Rioni Capital LLC's fees and reimbursement of expenses is described in Article 9 of the Regulations. Before submitting any instructions to the Broker, the Client is obligated to independently familiarize themselves with Rioni Capital LLC's fees, including the fees of their parent financial institutions, which are publicly available.
The Client may be additionally charged expenses incurred by third parties in connection with the execution of transactions and other operations carried out in the Client's interests and subject to reimbursement by the Client. For example, commissions and fees of exchanges, regulators, and other superior financial institutions.
