Rioni Capital has submitted documents to the National Bank of Georgia for a brokerage license.
Rioni Capital has officially submitted its documents to the National Bank of Georgia for a brokerage license. This step was preceded by a two-year preparatory period, during which the company's technological foundation was established, the necessary software was developed, and negotiations and agreements with senior brokers were completed.
During this time, the company also formed a team, prepared the necessary documentation, and developed the internal procedures required to launch operations in accordance with regulatory requirements.
The company expects that the National Bank of Georgia will soon conduct an expert review of the submitted documents and make a decision on issuing a brokerage license to Rioni Capital.
